Can I wear it everyday?: If you can find a faceted danburite you can. It is a long wearing gemstones.
 
Is it expensive?: No. About the same price as a colorless (white) topaz.
 
Is it a birthstone?: No.
 
What do I need to know before going shopping?: Call ahead. Most jewelers will not know about this interesting gemstone. But it can be quite pretty and wear very well
